I was wondering if there were any websites that offered a list of all houses for sale? Like all the listings not just remax and coldwell bankers.

Nearly every major realty franchise's website includes all listings in the repsective MLS, not just their own listings.
I know (as a RE/MAX agent) that remax.com shows all MLS listings, not just those listed with a RE/MAX agent.
Another option is to search for a REALTOR's or agency's website in the area you are looking to buy and find one that includes an MLS Search or IDX search.

Tell your Realtor what you want, and fill them in on what you can do. They're on your side but need to be fully informed to be able to help you.
Not doing so is a bit like withholding some of the symptoms you're experiencing from your doctor, then asking him to make you well.

the hit search for homes.
then enter the state you want.-----enter state twice on sep pages.
then enter the county you want.
the enter the subdivision or the city
this will locate thousands of houses listed with all realtors.
this site is easy to use.
