You could try approaching local schools to see if the would let you run after school clubs. That way even if you don't have teacher qualifications, you should still be ok. Some schools may let you run them on school grounds, or rent a classroom. If you state that you are french, I suspect parents will be keen as they will know that their kids will be learning authentic french. At least it's a start!

Put an advert in the paper.
Anyone can offer tuition.
No need to apply anywhere.
Don't put "French Lessons" though as that means something else!!
