As a single parent I had to make use of the title loan place to borrow 600 dollars to use for my rent. I was unable to pay it back the 600 dollars and the 65 dollar fee they charged to use the money in the month I planned to due to some other unexpected emergency expenses that popped up during the month. However, I have paid on time with the monthly payments of 166 dollars last month and this month. Problem is the loan is to be paid off by Jan 2nd, 2007 the last and final payment is 880 dollars, at the rate I have been going I know I will have to rob peter to pay paul so that can get this loan off my back or lose my car. My car is my everything as a single parent I know they are ripping me off, I usually beat these games but this time I might not be able to. What can I do? I feel so silly but can I complain to someone who might be able to me time so that I can get out of this mess.

i have relatively bad credit that i know i need to fix. I'm looking to improve my credit within 6 months and make a down payment. I'm a veteran which means i can use my VA loan guarantee.. my friend doesn't have great credit, but it's better than mine.. should i talk to a banker first to explore my options of the types of loans? or am i crazy to think this is going to happen?

If you only earn £20,000 and pay 22% tax, and you can claim tax credits and benefits, why do I have to work? It sounds stupid, isnt it? Staying at home, chatting with friends, playing snooker pretty good?. Is it a natural consequence of a welfare state like the UK?

im just wondering what peoples opinions are regarding my idea to start a bike rental business in spain(which has some stunning bike trails for all enthusiasts), renting decent quality mountain bikes, but also offering racing & kids bikes, plus safety gear & car racks for transportation.

also to keep my costs down i would store the bike in my garage & the rentals would take place by delivering the bikes to clients

any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

In CALIF. If I have a judgemnet that is more than 10 years old, and I have not registered it, can it be registered? or is it worthless?
If they moved to another county, I guess I can register it there, unless I am wasting my effort.

Some people say no, others say yes. Which is correct? I was under the impression, that even if someone is judgement proof, a creditor/collector can win a judgement in court, and have it placed on the debtors credit report, but won't be able to collect on the judgement.
