I want a mastercard and/or visa that will pay me better than 1% cash back on every purchase, not just for a limited intro time but permanently and everywhere, not just certain locations. Are they're any cards like or close to this? and I do not want any card that doesn't allow you to get cold hard cash as your reward.

My employer told me some lies about why they gave a new guy of another race priority in which shifts he wanted to work. The problem is that they had me working second on Sunday, third on Monday and Tuesday, and coming in for second on Wednesday and Thursday. (I would get off at 7 a.m. on Wednesday AND come back at 3 p.m. the same Wednesday.) The new guy got to work thirds on Wednesday through Sundays. His shifts are the exact same ones that I was promised before he interviewed. Once the individual in question showed up for interview, he got the shifts he wanted, not me. I was given the excuse that it was b/c he had another job in which required him to have those nights. When I found out that this was a lie, I confronted my supervisor who then said that he would check in on it. When I checked back with him, he never did, but promised to do it. This happened several times. After almost falling to sleep behind the wheel in broad daylight a few times going to and from work, I felt like I had no choice but to quit. Now my employer says that I can go back, IF I apologize for claiming discrimination. I feel that by having to apologize, that this is like saying that I had no right to claim discrimination in the first place. Can they do this? What should I do?

I was told from my Human Resources (HR) Department that if I have MEDICAID (which my new born quilfies for 1 year), they can pay for my health plan (which would include my family) that I would recieve from work. I can't afford health insurance that I have with them but if what if HR is telling me is true, meaning MEDICAID would prefer to pay for my monthly premium rather then the hospital bill(s), I would like to take that route. I currently do have the expensive Health Ins. from my work for my other child, wife, me, and soon for the new born. If medicaid can pay that, that would help my out greatly. But before I stur the pot and start asking MEDICAID these questions, I wanted to get Yahoo! Answers thoughts 1st....Maybe someone out there is in the same situation as me. Thanks in advance.

We signed the contract for buying a townhouse in Texas, which our lot hasn't build yet, since the lost has to sold 75% of the house, which is 4 townhouses...I just notice that they drop the price for the house than the one we have signed...Is it possible to get the lowest price or back out and do all documents again? Thanks

I'm considering becoming a psychologist but have no experience whatsoever in an professional office setting. My parents and basically everyone I've grown up around work in blue collar jobs. I have nothing but respect for them and I fit into that category at the moment. The thing is, I"m just afraid I'm going to be at a disadvantage in the business world since I haven't been around it my whole life like some have. Is this anything to be concerned about or am I worrying over nothing?

The form for the state of CT's w4 has changed so much from 2001 to 2006 the layout isn't even the same! And the tax laws HAVE changed since then so I guess I should just fill out the incorrect form since that's what I've been advised on my federal w4s?? I know federal tax laws have changed as well and I just dont want to be the one getting screwed come tax season because the employer isn't using up to date forms.
