for one.. if YOU keep knocking things over and breaking them and your NOT paying for the damages they have a right to not let you in the store.. that and loitering...
Your causing them financial damage whenever you break something and don't pay for it.. they loose that money...
Have you ever heard the saying "We have the RIGHT to refuse service?"
Well thats where that comes into play... No you can't sue for that... if you tried you would get laughed out of court and probably thrown in jail for being a clumsy moron who doesn't pay for the damages.. THEY could actually SUE YOU... so watch out and stay away!

Try splinting the 13 inch fella to your leg with some tensor bandage. You won't be knocking stuff over anymore and the china shop owners won't feel so intimidated.

no you can't sue them. businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone as long as its not based on race or gender. of course if you keep breaking stuff they would have to take you to court to get payment out of you. it could be their negligence and not yours.
on a side note if you break it after you get home they technically have to give you your money back. "no refund" clauses are illegal and sellers are betting you won't take them to court when they use them.
