I am thinking about making bread baskets with home made candy and cookies in them. I will be doing this from home to just a few people around here. All I want to do is say that I am selling the bread baskets and the food comes with it. I'm not selling the goodies, just baskets even though the goodies will come with the baskets. What I want to know is, would I get in trouble for selling the baskets since it has the goodies in it. I don't have a food handlers permit or anything like that. You won't be able to eat the baskets as they will have a coating on them. The food in the basket will be wrapped by their self and never touch the basket.

Got a room (14 foot by 10 foot) to rent. I would charge £60 a week and that includes all bills plus internet connection (computer not supplied). It is in a quiet area in Lancashire, and I am a quiet person so I don't want any strange people, or party animals.

I have great credit and the house/property is almost half paid for but nobody wants to loan on a geodesic house even though it would seem the risk is fairly low. The property was appraised at 300K and I only owe something like 175K on it. My problem is that the loan I have is just a gap loan and expires in less than a year.
Another problem is that there are really no comps in the area.

I was awarded a settlement out of court. The agreement included 12 equal monthly payments from a former employer of mine. I received 3 of the payments (on time) but now my former employer is 60 days delinquent. I'm sick of dealing with the aggrivation. How can I go about selling this debt to a collection agency?

When i was 18 i got some credit cars (real bad mistake) and then not real long ago i took out some student loans. I really thought i would be able to pay them off, but my mom had something real bad happen to her and i had to quit work in order to take care of her. So, i was unable to pay my loans. they went on my credit report. Now i am able to make payments. will that show good on my report?

Someone took out 3 thousand dollars from my CitiBank savings account. I have called Citibank 3 different times. They finally said they would send me paper work to fill out to claim it was a fraud. After that what happens? Do I get my money credited back? How long should that take? Has anyone else had this problem with Citibank e-Saving accounts?

I'm currenlty taking classes in the nursing program. I'm in a program because my relatives keep pushing me (mostly to earn more money and be successful). My relatives keep telling me that I can be a nurse and still young enough to pursue what I like. Being a nurse is hard. I feel like I could not be a nurse because there are a lot of hassles (e.g. lawsuits, liabilities, etc.). I'm caring and compassionate, but there's always a fine line how long I can be caring and compassionate. I took this career personality tests and the results said that I'm mostly artistic. The thing that I'm worrying about is should or should not follow what I like/interested with. I presume that most people are artistic; they take this same path, some fails, some succeeds. My problem is what career I should take that relates to what I love, but still not be in a gamble situation to fail?
I'm just stating this to know if there are people that feel confuse or worried like me.
