I was just watching "Designed To Sell," on tv. How do you find a company or individ. like that to...?

improve your home before sale? Do you look in the yellow pages? Do you ask your realtor?

I've wondered the same thing, Sunshine! They spend less than $2000 and get it looking SO different and great. I would gladly spend that much to make my house look better.

Put yourselfe in the buyers shoes, does the house have curb appeal would you repaint and recarpet before moving in. Just be logical about it!!
