I was injured on my last job, and I would like to know if I qualify for workmans comp. insurance payments while I am out of work. I feel that my injury was incurred on the job, and I feel that I should receive some sort of payment for the weeks I have been out of work.

She presently resides in NYC-and is looking to work for an agency where people;enjoy working, as well as enjoy working together, and, to work without people who are against each other, and last but not least, with a supervisor or director is is willing to work with the employees and not against- in an effort to meet the goal and mission of the agency. I was hired (haven't started yet) but am planning to get pregnant ASAP. I haven't decided yet what I will do once I do get pregnant. Should I discuss this with the employer out of respect for them or not? I would feel bad if it happened a month from start date. Any experience/advice on your part?

I live in Texas and i want to start selling custom workstations for local business. I need to become a wholesaler or get the parts wholesale. Thus i need a business license/LLC. If i go to Austin to get my LLC, where exactly do i go??? I've heard Austin is the place to go to get your LLC in Texas?? Does that also establish you a Tax ID for your business??? Please help??
