Help! My daughter needs a job in a Human Resources, (HR) related field. She is a recent college grad, MBA-with a special emphasis in HR. She is in her early 20's intelligent and a hard worker. She presently resides in NYC-and is looking to work for an agency where people;enjoy working, as well as enjoy working together, and, to work without people who are against each other, and last but not least, with a supervisor or director is is willing to work with the employees and not against- in an effort to meet the goal and mission of the agency. If anyone or any agency can assist, it will be appreciated. Thanks!

hate to say this but if she's gonna be in HR she's gonna have to learn to take the good the bad and the ugly... HR is one of the WORST fields to be in if she's looking for a "everything is good, everyone is happy and all is right with the world" type of job. HR is where folks go when they have a problem with the company or anyone in it. i suggest you let your daughter find her own job like a real grown up person in the real world and get some real experience. where ever she goes she'll be at the bottom of the totem pole and will get all the crap work, MBA or not. good luck.
