Moving to Denver?

I'm a psychiatrist planning to move to Denver to be closer to family. How difficult would it be to start a private practice there? In general, what are the best ways to start a business in a new location?

start working for another established psychiatrist for a very
modest fee, preferably one nearing retirement.
