Can a Private Corporation "Hide" its bylaws?

Can officers of a private corporation withhold its bylaws from its employees?

from employees YES, you may have to send certain forms to the various governments now and then, annual state filings, but they normally do not ask for any more than you already gave them.

Yes, the only people entitled to see the bylaws are the shareholders.
