it's a content base company...if i get 10,000 visitor's daily (montly 300,000 visitors) how much should i charge for their ad on my page?

Depends on what your visitors demographics is... Talk to a professional advertising agency, see what they can offer you.

You can charge a flat monthly fee or CPM (cost per thousand impressions). It may depend on where the ad is being displayed. Obviously 'above the fold' on your home page is prime real estate so you may consider a higher ad rate.

Check out Adbrite.com for their ad rates on sites with similar traffic. It may give you an idea but it is not hard and fast...
