I had a payday loan with Check N Go that they refused to do a rollover and I didn't have money to pay them back in full. I put a stop payment on the check and now I am not sure what is next from here. Does any one know how they collect on them and what negative impact to they have?

Should I pay off my student loans over a 3 or 4 year period or should I save that money and make the minumum payments on the loans for fifteen years?

The loans will be about $100,000 total and the extra income per year that I am asking about will be about $30,000.
