It is all furnished and everything is included other than cable and phone. I don't know how I should interview tenants, what I should charge or any laws regarding this. I don't want some young party happy person in there because I get up early and have 2 young kids. There is a shared backyard.

I've recently been watching Dragon's Den on BBC2 and had an idea.
Transexuals (the male into female ones) must find it quite difficult or irrirating to go to the toilet, so if i can create dresses and skirts with flies at the front do you think they will sell?
