Am I being pedantic but this is not a business plan but (merely) an idea that could be developed into one? I suspect you will have a very small niche market. That is good if you don't want to be blown away by the big boys but bad if the niche is actually too small & the buyers will not pay a premium price for your products. So the questions: how big is the market? How can you target that market specifically?

Not to get too graphic but I don't see too many transsexuals standing at a urinal in a men's room. Most m-f TS's look, think and act like ladies and therefore a fly in the front won't do much good. Keep thinking though. There are surely products and services for the transgendered community that could be beneficial to the target market and a very nice passive income source for a business. The two ways to success in business is to either fill a need or create a need. You are definately on the right track.

Plz scan the market first to find out wether Those kind of products or some substitue products already available in the market bfeore deciding on the business. The next step is to find out the the dgree f demand for it. Thirdly to find out wether the manufacturing cost (or , selling cost ) of the proposed product is lesser than the products available in the market.
These 3 steps will answer your question. Hope this helps. Good luck

It is a very narrow niche that you are aiming at. If you already own an apparel line, then you could advertise it as part of the range.
You may
- take a look at the existing competition, see how they are faring (a simple market survey - worth about two to three hours - will give you the feedback);
- conduct a survey of the transexual population and estimate how many among them would find your product attractive and affordable.
You could then either offer your merchandise to existing players (who will then put their own label on your product), or (gulp!) dare to launch on your own.
All the best.

Actually, it's a good idea - Do you have demand, do you have an existing database of shops that would be interested ?
The flies can also be discrete or hidden .
Good Luck
