Your lawyer may have ot get a court order in whjich the severor company(the company you use for the internet) and the email company to verifly it is authenic. Most companiues would do so and mail the results to the court or your lawer sence it is on your own account.

You can't. Emails are not allowed in court, as anyone can make up a fake Email. Sorry, but if you were threatened or something via email, how would the court know that you didn't type the email yourself?
