I can't buy it and altough I am not Indian or live there I knew some Indian people. Those that can buy such houses are metal manufacturers, Indian movie makers etc. I suggest a real estate agent is a logical answer but what is even better is looking for more prosperous ones amongst the ones which live abroad like yourself.
