Has any one ever recieved any funds/ or loans from Rockwell Capital Group after giving a cash collateral?

It is illegal for a lender to ask for moneyup front so that you can obtain a loan from them. This soulds like a scam. Check the company out with your Attorney General's office before doing business with them. Again, if they want money up front, it's a SCAM!!
