I am planning to get a certificate for pharmacy technician. Does the certificate you get from working under the drug stores such as walgreens and cvs the same as the one you would get from going to the 9-months program at local institute? Thanks

I don't want the lot payment and the contractor is just starting in business. He has a friend with years of experience, What way is there that I get my price(no more payments) and he can make the deal.. The lot cost 385K near the ocean, and there is a loan for 303K on the land. He wants to build a spec home on it. The land is currently 8.25%. What deal structure would maximize both of our situations?

I live in the Uk and a guy in the US owes me quite a bit of money. I can not use paypal as i have reached my transfer limit and to tell you the truth I hate the company.

I have looked into other posibilities such as money order, bank transfers etc but just need some advice or tips for the best way of doing this?

How would a wire/bank transfer work if he is sending dollas and i need pound sterling?

I am taking an investment class this semester. I need to make 500K in “phantom investments” into a program called Stock-Trak Simulation.

100K is allocated to a speculative portfolio and 400K is considered a permanent portfolio. In my permanent portfolio I need to buy 10 to 15 stocks from various industries and hold them to the end of semester (11/17/06). No more than 10 percent of the 400K can be from one industry.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this breakup of the 10 to 15 stocks for this timeframe? Any website recommendation for research or advice?

Apparently the owner has multiple rentals and is not concerned with this property. The home has been rented in the past. Since the renters left (about 1 yr ago) the house has been vacant.

It seems that young people would be better off if they learned the importance of saving and investing for their future rather than rather than blowing all their money on the here and now. A child is very lucky if they have financial guidance from family, but this is most often not the case.
