The best way I have found to deal with interview stress is to prepare answers and stories ahead of time. I find it is very successful to walk in the door with detailed stories about myself which demonstrate positive qualities: leadership, cooperation, attention to detail, financial knowledge. If you have rehearsed these examples ahead of time, you are less likely to stumble during the interview and the prep work you put in reassures you that you have what it takes to do this job. Do what you can prior to the interview to put yourself at ease. For instance, I make sure I get in a workout on the morning of an interview, because this makes me feel good and also confident. I usually pick a professional outfit that I feel attractive and confident wearing. If at all possible, smile and be as warm as possible from the start of the interview, if you are warm and personable, then your interviewers will pick up on your cues and will probably act less intimidating. That just shows you how much your attitude and body language impact a situation.

just ask yourself, why am i intimidated? what's the worst that can happen? the interview is private and a few days later, you'll be "forgetting" the experience and continuing your day as usual. practice in front of the mirror, pretend u are one of the interviewers, or think that the day of the interview, is the last day anyone will ever see you again. really! it works and just don't think about yourself as well during the interview. don't become self-aware of how u look or speak. and don't try to impress the interviewers, let it come naturally by your behaviour and speech!

well good luck in those future interviews. it's not like they'll tell anyone else how u performed during the event ok. it's confidential so feel completely relaxed coz no one else will be there waiting to tell the world about it. it's just u and the interviewers so give them a piece of your mind!
