I have and idea for a overstuffed Quilt, now what?

I have this idea that is like crystal in my mind and I need to find a way to get it made without someone stealing the idea. What do I do to get started. It is an overstuffed quilt, but it is the pattern that will sell milions to every college boy and girl in the World with the right marketing. Need somebody to either run with the idea and pay later, or finance me to run with it.
