Hi, I would go to the website for the state of Illinois. Then I would look for "licenses" and you may find many different professions such as Dentists, Contractors, Barbers, Beauticians. Any profession that issues a license usually has access thru the official state website. Hope that helps! I live in California and thats how I confirm stuff out here. Brenda
