Discuss the following flaws:

The implementation of a national sales tax means retaxed already taxed dollars. So, if I have been investing my after tax dollars for the last 25 years, as soon as a national sales tax is incorporated I am going to have to pay tax all over again?

A prebate? This will only cause more people to be dependent on receiving money from the government. Yikes!

There are many other flaws, but these 2 seem the mos glaring. I know there are benefits, but don't tell me any of those benefits out weight the flaw of being taxed twice! Let's hear it pro fair tax people, how do you address the flaws?

In our very small condo complex (9 units), we have one unit owner who cannot pay the common charges. A long story but the synopsis is that her husband left, she lost her job again. While married her husband went though all her savings leaving her with nothing but debts. Now he is even refusing to pay child support. We have been carring her off and on for about four years. We are having a meeting tonight to see how we are going to handle this situation. We know we can put a lien on if she sells, we doubt she has much equity, I think she has tapped out every resource. We could get a lawyer, but she has no money left. We could also evict her--but who wants that on their head. What would you do? Need some suggestions.

I just moved here for college. I don't know if I should take this job because I probably won't get to go home for Thanksgiving and definitely not all of Christmas break (maybe just a week out of the 3-week break). The other bad things are that some of the shifts start at 6:45 am, and some days I'll have 3pm-11pm shifts after going to school 11am-2pm. But other than that... it's a good job, part time, $8.50/hr... My ideal job would be to work on campus but I don't know if it's hard to get an on campus job or not. If I said no to this job it would be a big gamble. I'd really appreciate advice! Thank you :)
