Legal help. I need reasons, to include in a letter to the judge, why he should reduce or dismiss, a wage execution order, for a credit card debt.

You have to list specific reasonings as to way you can't pay your bill. You have to prove that you have more debt then income. If you can't you will have to pay. I can't tell you what you should put in your letter but a judge will not order you to pay if he doesn't see that you absolutely can't afford it. You'll need to gather your bills together and pay-stubs to help with your case.

Uh ... don't they follow proper civil procedure where you live. Like filing an appeal or something???

Try calling the credit card company first and explain and account for every penny you must spend. Show them you are acting in good faith.
