Friends of mine, (a married couple) rent a duplex together. They ended up getting into a dissagreement, that got very verbal and physical, to where they've decided that they no longer want the relationship. She's asked him to leave, he told her no and for herself to leave because his name is on the lease as well. (even tho she is the primary tenant, he's an additional tenant) neither feel like they should move from the duplex. He has no family here and she has 4 small children from a previous relationship. To move would put both iin an awkward situation... how do you legally remove either name from the lease agreement.

My company recently changed their health insurance, Only one plan is offered. Our deductibles became higher and our contribution almost doubled. Intrestingly enough, I just found out that all upper managers got to retain their old plan with very small deductibles and retained the old contribution which is less then half of the other plan.

The old Plan is not offered to lower management or hourly workers. I want to know if this is legal, I am located in Florida

I am in a huge mess with credit card debt. I seemed to have made a huge mistake by helping others in their time of need by using my credit card for their benefit. I was promised to be paid back the money used but I got stuck with the bills and got nothing. I am in desperate need to pay off my debt really fast, but I don't make enough money to pay it off so soon. If there is another way to pay it off without all the hassle, I will do anything possible to get this fix.

I was transferred to another section at work. That guy started to train me. He doesn't know english that well so I had him repeat several times to understand. He knows his stuff. But his breath was killing me. The management knew. I had to cut the training. Is it right for the management to do nothing?

I want to find part time work, maybe in the mall but most stores require people to be available at all mall hours
I applied for jobs at the food stores/markets but they only have graveyard shifts available, which I don't think I can handle it on top of having to go to school in the morning

My father gave me a cashier's check from Chase bank, which is his bank, to cash and start getting things for my wedding. It was purchased yesterday, and today, I go to cash it, but I can't.

They say that the check is "still pending." How is that possible... especially if you have the money to purchase the cashier's check? Wouldn't that money be readily available?

A car dealer told me if I want to hurry up and pay a car off, he told me to make a car payment. If I have extra money hanging on the side make a car payment with that as well. He told me to make the extra money car payment out for "Principal Only" so I can pay off the finance interest on the car quicker. Will this lower the monthly car payment or will I still have the expensive monthly car payment amount?

I am working as an IT administrator for over 3 years and I am going to move to the airline field as an Cargo Trafic Staff.
I know that there will be an answer during the interview that will ask me why do I make such change. From a non-related job to a cargo trafic staff.
Would anybody suggest me a persuasive reason please?
FYI: Cargo trafic staff will deal with cargo booking and calculating to balance them when the cargo are dispatched onto the aircraft.
