It'll be quite a nice cult - all members can wear mittens and sip sangria. I will need all of your worldly possessions though... this is to pay for a gateway to heaven or something. I'm not big on the whole 'mass suicide' thing... thats like so 90's... maybe we can beat-box and do the 'dutty wind' like brothers and sisters that get on a bit TOO well...

You can live at my house or if I get more that 50 applicants the garden is pleasant this time of year.

No expereince required as full training will be given to the right people, modern langauage and woodwork qualifications are preferred however! (and we said those subjects were useless at school - aha you see)

See you soon my gentle flock

My house is close to settlement. The appraisal came through 2K short of the buyer mortage but 3K above the actual sale price. It was planned that I would return 5K to the buyers. Now I STRONGLY believe it to be fair to only return 3K to the buyer since the house appraised for more than the actual sale price. The buyers demanded that I split the difference and provide 4K to them. Since I lose 1K from the orginal deal I agreed only to do repairs that were required by the town I live in, leaving out some repairs that were requested from the home inspector. All repairs are minor including some minor electrical, roof(actually a shingle), gutter, and AC repair. The total would most likely be below 1K.

If the buyers do not agree to me not making all the repairs is it ok to then presure my agent who stands to me 4% off the deal to take care of some repairs.
Or simply put do realtors ever provide money or repairs to close deals?

If you regularly attend trade shows as a vendor or participant, perhaps you can share some of the "gimics" that have gotten you to go to a booth. Standard fair is fine, but I'm looking for some more unusual games, contests, etc. This can apply to things that have drawn people to special promotional events or festivals. Thanks.

Just got my first real job out of college. I'm suppose to work 8 hours a day. That means 9 hours, including lunch, right? I'm confused by the cliche "a 9-to-5 job" because that seems to imply that lunch is included in the 8 hours. Is it?

I was given a job description when I started my new job in February this year. Over the last month, I have only been doing one part of the job I was asked to do. It is driving me insane - I can't stand it and think it is really unfair. What do you think? Would you put up with this - especially when you know that you have so much potential and have been given the worst job in the department?? I feel like i've been lied to at the interview.

I would love to relocate to East Texas. Has anyone had good experiences with relocating? Have you moved with a job, or risked everything and moved before you had one? Are there agencies that will help you relocate or no because you're not local to the area? I've been trying to relocate for forever with no luck.

I have got no self-confidence and no resolve. I have too much modesty and I make myself look worse than I actually am.
I need to get over this.
Truth is, I think I have worked hard enough to land the opportunities I am being given.
How do I act confident enough to show people I can do what I do well, but still hold onto my modest personality?
Why am I freasking out over a couple of stupid job interviews?
