No, sorry. There's nothing wrong with it, as such, but if you want the job, and freak out someone at the interview, you won't get it.
Some people have a thing about bare toes, they can't stand to see them. Why take the chance that they will hate this so much that they don't give you a chance to work? They are likely going to interview lots of people that week, & they need a reason to drop all but one.
Wear the pants & sandals, sure, but put on nylon ankle-length socks for that hour to make a better impression.
And the Best of luck with your interview!

It depends on the environment. But, with long sleeves and pants or skirt, close toe will look better with the outfit. Wear the sandals in the car and change before you go in.

I'm assuming you're applying for a job under $8 an hour. If you're planning on wearing pants/slacks I assume you're applying for a warehouse job. So, don't wear wedge sandals...use sensible closed in shoes to show them you won't cause them any workers comp claims.

No, sorry it's not. I had an interview last month in 100+ degree weather, but I still wore a full suit. And, I got the job!

Do you know what the dress code is for this business? You should dress a bit nicer than what their everyday dress code is. I don't see a problem with the sandal, as long as your feet look good.
