I have a missed call on my mobile - how can I find out which area the call was from?

I do not recognise the country/area code and I can't seem to get through if I dial it... start of number is 0115993*****

I am in UK

there are too many digits for nottingham and also i can't dial it when i try...?

put area dialling codes into your search engine and it will bring them all up then you will be able to find out the area
