I want to know of the different types of lease to own agreements.

It seems the typical situation is to pay rent plus extra which goes towards the purchase price - what is the advantage to the renter here?

Is there ever an agreement whereby the renter pays a large down payment (25-50 percent) and then the monthly rent gets subtracted from the agreed upon purchase price?

Do you think that property prices will dramatically fall in the british isles in the next few years???

My opinion is they have to. First time buyers are the foundation of the property market and with so many of them being priced out I believe it's inevitable. What do you think???

About a month ago, I received a coupon from Bank of America saying that if I open a free checking account with them, I'll get a free check for $100.

So I opened one up just to get the 100 bucks.

Now I have a checking account with them that I don't use, but I received the same exact coupon in the mail again last week.

Should I just close my account with them and then use the other coupon to open another account and get another free $100?

Do you think they would let me do this? I'm not breaking any rules.

I want the name to be followed by "Dockside Pub" in the same way that Applebee's is followed by "neighborhood grille and bar"

This is an alcohol only pub, no food will be served.

It is a blue collar community. The tourists are of the retired fisherman variety in a part of the state with a lot of arts and crafts attractions. It just only 2 miles downstream from a major tourist attraction, Branson and the Branson Landing riverwalk. We are looking for a 'catchy' name. We considered the name 'Happy Hooker', a play on words for fisherman but the connotation scared us off. Any suggestions?

I have the record of all the checks that I mail to pay my bills. In addition, I carry a large balance on that card, and I have ALWAYS made the payments (double the minimum payment) on time. I thought i finally had paid it off, but then a bill came for $15; I didn't think much of it and mailed a check for $15. Next thing I know, I received another bill for $15 + late fee + my new APR (29.99% !). I called Chase, and after being given the run around, I was able to get in touch with a "manager", who was able to remove the late fee. They weren't, "unfortunately" able to do anything about the new APR, since "it is controlled by their computers". Is there anybody I can write to or speak to? I've had their card for several years, and NEVER been anywhere close to being late with a payment.
