My current lifestyle has me in a situation where I need to move away from parents. Mostly for my own sanity reasons. Right now i can afford $300 a month in payments. Roommate stories makes that option too questionable for my liking. I know i reserve a right to live on my own but no thanks to our current economy, that is the financial goal of out of pocked expense that i can immediately deal with. Any recommendations on pulling this off. I prefer to own a condo rather than rent an appartment as well. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

i mean they were here before the u.s. and were basically slaughtered and whatnot. lucky to still be alive for sure. we live on land that was stolen from them and although they have casinos now that is strictly controlled and only larger more political tribes are able to benefit from them. so just a question, i don't mean to offend anybody...

We put a bid on a house, the bank finally accepted, then we put money donw on it to hold it. there was a date set when the other bank wanted to close by, or there would be a penalty everyday after that. That same bank broke that date because of the title company they hired, after that they finally hired a surveyor last week that quoted 2 weeks to be done, Now that bank says they are taking the house off the market and arent going to sell it. Do we have a law suit or atleast an argument against them?

So many tenants are financially independent. They claim disability when they are fine, they don't pay their rent b/c the system allows them to become squatters, they sap off of the gov't and people's tax money to get by for free and get paid monthly checks. They take away from others who really need help. They could get a job but don't. How does a landlord win eviction cases and get money owed to him/her when the system favors the tenant???

i have been renting for over two years. about seven months ago the water became foul. its a private well. smells like sewage. i have been forced to shower, handwash and drink at my moms since then. i have a baby and i cant even wash my hands after i change his diaper at this house. i would NEVER let him drink or even be exposed to this disgusting water for fear that it would make him very ill. the landlords claim that it is only "sulphur" that makes the water smell this way but our local plumbing company says the house needs a new well. since my landlord has been trying to sell the house he won't fix the water, make any repairs or get rid of the thousands of bees that have made a hive in the eves on the porch. i would move but we have nowhere to go and the landlord still expects full rent from us. would i be entitled legally to break in the rent due to the conditions?

Given that the San Francisco is very big on preserving the housing stock that they have rather than destroy/building how would someone be able to make money off the real estate market over there without flipping?

I was asked to spy on a cheating husband and his girlfriend. She will pay me $500 for actual photos and video of them kissing or showing signs of affection. Sounds like an easy buck to me since I have Fridays off, but I never done this before. Has anybody else done this before and if so can you give me some pointers or advice?

We figured out what had happened and insurance co got money back but is not reopening claim. Hubby has not recieved medical treatment for nearly a year since the dr's etc wouldnt see him because they werent getting paid..... lawyer and insurance co wants to settle for miniscule sum.
