You can call them and let them know what happened. If you're shy about calling them ( I know I am.) You can also go onto the website. http://www.bbb.org/complaint.asp
The general consumer complaints should do it for you. I hope you teach that business a lesson because that is just horrible!!

Check your local phonebook in the business/organization section and find the area BBB location. They will probably send you a form to fill out. Or you may be able to do it online as someone has already mentioned. I would call first and let them tell me what to do next.
