Contact the mall office and ask them what they charge for a kiosk and what is required. You may need insurance, a business license, bond, etc. That should be your first point of contact if you already have the mall you want to be in. Have your attorney review the lease agreement and perhaps speak with other kiosks venders to see how they are doing. You probably want some sort of exclusivity. If you are offering a product or service, do you want the mall to be able to give a kiosk to three other vendors in the same mall?

Contact the mall office.

You need to use the Check Spelling box before you submit your questions and answers. Your statement should read: Where can I get information on renting a small booth in the mall for business?
