You can find one bedroom or efficiencies in the Prince William, Manassas area of Northern Virginia. Dumfries, Virginia. Look in the Washington Post on Sunday and they have a ton of listings. Also the Washington Post publishes a special insert on Saturday that only lists rentals. This includes apartments and private homes. You may find something like this in Arlington or Alexandria. It may be part of a duplex or triplex. Maybe a private owner has two separate enterances and rents out a portion of the home for your price.
