I bought my house when I was still single. The house is paid off. I put my mother as a joint owner. Few years later my mother moved in with me. After I got married I bought a house together with my wife on condition, we sell the previous one. After I moved out, my mother changed her mind and wouldn't sell the house. There was enough money for her to buy a new place but she didn't want to move. We need the money badly at this time and not only she doesn't want to sell the house or buy me out, she just took equity loan using the house as collateral and is gambling it away in Las Vegas. I would like to know if it's legal to give equity loan to one owner without the other knowing anything about it. After all I am on the title and this is my house as well. And my second question is how can I sell this house now. Thank you.

I have been looking for a loan and cant find one. Of course i can go to the bank but if my credit was that good i would not need a loan. Anyway i was recently "scammed" by a comp called greenline trust who said they have found me a bad credit lender who has approved me for a loan. first i had to send them the loan agreement then send my collateral to my lender directly. That was of course to be done via money gram and when it was done the lender then required more money to be sent. needless to say i asked for my refund which i am still waiting for and are in the same boat now if not worse. Look i need serious site to check out or resources. thanks

I bought 2 CDS in a Karaoke store in Arkansas Saturady...Today a lady from the store called and said that the CDs that she charged me 39.95 for were supposed to be 129.99 each and I owed them the difference or needed to return the cds....can they do that....I have my receipt and the merchandise.....I think I fulfilled my part of the deal.....and they are SOL......I am sorry they screwd up....but is it my fault? I wouldn't have bought the cds if they told me they cost 129.99 instead of 39.99.........They named a price ....I paid it.....shouldn't that be the end? Any help would be appreciated.....Thanks

Hello, my name is Patricia Watts . I am writing this letter because my family and I need a temporary 4+ bedroom house for less than $500.00 a month. My daughters and I will also provide work (cooking, housekeeping and secretarial services only). We need to move as soon as possible. We are being evicted from our home. We can not afford to pay more because we are a low-income family. Please contact me at my email address: thewatts19121@yahoo.com, or at my daughter's email address: mwatts61680@netzero.com.

I have a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

It has a two car garage and has a small yard.

My husband and I plan to get pregnant soon.

We will have our mortgage paid off next year.

We intend on staying where we are probably permanently since California homes are expensive and there’s no way we can buy another home and afford to have children too.

I intended on spending about $40,000 to update everything and put in new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.

Problem is in our neighborhood these updates aren’t the norm. My mother keeps saying one day we may move and rent out our home and then we will never make our money back.

I don’t know what to do!

Any advice?

This will be the second time they charged me for book damage. The 1st time the book was water damaged, and I don't know why they didn't notice it before I checked it out. I didn't want to give them a hard time so I took responsibility for the damage and paid $20. After I picked up the second book, I got home and noticed the pages were falling out so rubberbaned it and returned it to the drop off bin because the book was on an embarrassing subject, now they want me to come in and talk about the book damage but I can't because of the book's embarrassing subject, and I know they always bring the book out of the back room to show me the damage before charging me. I hate the library...

If a man is sentenced to death by the state for committing a crime but he has a life insurance policy before the crime was committed can his family still collect on the insurance after he is dead? Or will the policy be voided by the company even though there may still be a chance the man is innocent?

that longs do not have
like the uptick rule
or "that stock is not available for shorting"
or high balances to even be allowed to short
(and dont tell me because the theoretical risk is unlimited...no stock has ever gone to infinity)

its unfair

I have read numerous news stories across the United States about how police officers have tasered children, senior citizens and even citizens that werent doing anything wrong but arguing with a police officer. According to Amensty International, more than 162 citizens have died after being tasered by police. Cops are using tasers so much because they think tasers cant kill a person. In the old days cops would just handcuff a person, now they taser you first then ask questions.
