Does the company called Queens Moat Houses Plc still exist and if so what has happened to their shares. Someone I know has a lot of shares in them bought about 10 years ago and stil has the share certificates. what constitutes a statutory notice on a product under patent?

A company claimed that it has placed the "required statutory notice" on substantially all products made under their patent. What does that legally means? What action had the company taken? Your advice please on this job situation...?

Please read and then let me know what I should do. I applied for a job that I REALLY want about 2 months ago. Since then I have had 4interviews for this job. After the first 3 interviews, the HR person called me, telling me I basically had the job...I was the one they were interested in, but that the hiring manager was leaving for vacation for a week and when he got back (today) they would iron out the details. Then, a few days later, the HR lady called me again, sort of acting like the previous phone call never happened and telling me I needed to do one more interview. I did that, and it seemed like it went pretty well. That was last Wednesday. So today the day I was expecting to hear that I got the job, the HR lady calls me again and says they are basically moving forward with me and beginning the background check. I feel like I get mixed signals from the HR lady. This job involves relocating-should I call the guy who may be my boss and let him know we need to movie forward ASAP?
