I really, really have to have two jobs at once, and they are both part-time service sector jobs, i.e. I would go to a place like McDonald's to work on one day and Burger King the next. Will my boss be inclined to fire me if I tell them about my other job?

I have a web site called Catering To Your Needs. The url address is written as cateringtoyourneeds.com. I've had it about a year now. I built it myself and searched out real quality products with what I think are VERY COMPETIVE prices. My products are guaranteed and some even come with a 25 year to lifetime guaranty. I've paid marketing fees, signed up with all the major search engines and tried to make my site as professional as it can be. I ship my merchandise quickly and also respond quickly to any questions. I've seen many fakes out there, but I am the REAL DEAL. My problem is I'm not getting orders. My site isn't even paying for itself. I see that up to 1500 people a month is looking at my site but only about 1% or less are buying anything. I feel I've invested too much money in it to quit, but I can't keep paying all my fees and not be making any money back. Can you PLEASE look at it for me and offer some suggestions on what I'm doing wrong or how to make it better?

Can someone help? I need to find 3 industries that have volume-profit relationships. Which are implementing cost leadership strategies? Which are implementing differentiation strategies? or both? or none?

Cost leadership: focuses on gaining advantages by reducing costs below their competitors

Diff. Strategies: attributes, features, location, timing, relationships between itself and its customers, linkages within or between firms

I rented my home to one party and they went ahead allowed their brother to move into my garage. The person on the lease is leaving the property but the brother (who is not on the lease) is refusing to leave. Can I have him removed as a squatter by the police or do he also have legal rights like a tenant and have to file an unlawful detainer?

My hubby and I bought a condo a few months ago in Middletown, Ohio. Across the street there is an elementary school. They are getting ready to tear it down and build a new one. It is rumored that when that happens they will be tearing down the government housing located nearby also. The HOA is planning to make this a gated community before the completion on the new school. Will any of this effect my home value?

I almost have an accounting degree and am still in school (part-time). I am really interested in tax preparation and am thinking about working at an H&R block in the spring. I know that you have to take their course to be able to work there, I think anyway. If anyone knows what all I need to do and how they pay or if they offer internships, and if they have any other more full-time employment available to professionals? Thanks!
