A simlpe way is to just contact the employer(s) and ask for a copy. They have them on file.

Otherwise, you can go to http://www.IRS.gov and file a form to request a copy. There might be a fee.

Who ever did your Taxes in that year should have a copy for you to see on file. In most cases this, you should have been given once your Taxes that year or any year was completed.
