I need to mail them and I don't want to go broke.

Media Mail from the USPS is probably your best bet. I know people that have moved using USPS and the money they didn't spend was amazing. You can even mail suitcases. I know...I carried some to a person's door the other day.

Greyhound is the most cost effective of the three you mentioned. It'll take a few more days to get there, but it's the cheapest way.
