Our company's doing away with two year lookback pricing because it's expensive and now has to be accounted as a hit to cash. They said "everyone's doing this" and is recommended by the consultants. Is this in fact a trend?

is it alright to over dress at work?
I began a new job today in an office. I am accustomed to wearing dress shirts and slacks. However, the office culture is beyond casual, I mean roll out of bed and there you are. The V.P. hired me and is paying well, I believe because of my experience and professionalism. 3 people commented to me today to basically dress down. One woman said I need to stop so it does not become the expectation. She had big holes in the @ss of her jeans. I feel that I worked hard to afford nice clothes and feel good about dressing nice for work. is it ok to continue to over dress or should i try to fit in?

How about my new idea? Everubody has a mobile phone, don't they? Well- The phone companies could charge you up front for calls and if you don;t make any, at the end of the month they could take your money and say your payment has expired, buy another month. That would make them rich.
I'm always having great marketing ideas. I'm thinking of geting a job in this line of work.

Bottom line is that things change. I now have a car that I can no longer afford. I am trying to determine if voluntary repo would be better than the payment being and staying late on and ongoing basis. Please help.
