First, get a notarized copy for proof that you actually wrote it. Then, contact agents who will represent your work (if it's good enough). Studios don't accept submissions directly from the writers.

Every time there's a new and different successful movie, you'll hear about the studio being sued by some nobody who says "I had that idea years ago, sent them the script, and they just copied it!"
As a result, the major studios will return unopened any unsolicited manuscripts because they want to protect themselves from lawsuits.
If you want to break into the biz, my suggestion as a know-nothing outsider is to work your way up. Write shorts stories and try to get published; Analog SF and Ellery Queen Mystery for example (to pick 2 genres) do have a unslocited "slush pile" submission system. Many writer resource sites will list others that accept unsolicited manuscripts. Once you have made a name, you can try writing plays, TV episodes, or movies; your agent (which you should have by then) can help submit them.
The sad truth is, you ain't gonna do it right now. A movie costs millions to make - for one of those, they'll go with a proven writer.
The low-budget beginner surprises (like Rocky I, American Graffitti, Clerks, Sixth Sense, Blair Witch) are typically mostly written by the same guy(s) who makes the movie. Even these guys were working in the system for years before making it big; and know how movies and scripts work. So, get to know those guys when they're beginners. Who's making "art films" in your town? Would they like some free help? Can they help you make contacts at the bottom of the business?

To an agent (very expensive) almost all studios will not even open a script unless it has the backing of a professional agent. (To save themselves from lawsuits)
