I always felt that a liquor store would be good since you don't have to work too hard at it. None of the product goes bad like it would in Subway etc. This is me brain-storming. I need someone's advice on how to get started. How much money does the inventory cost? Do you lease the store or own it?

Ok, I saw this product and I forgot the name of it but it's a little gadget that you put in your car window. It's solar powered and the sunlight powers a little fan inside this gizmo that supposedly keeps your car a nice 70-something degrees cool in the summertime. Can someone give me the name of this product and/or a website I can find it at? Thanks a bunch! I have $1000 that I would like to turn into $4000 in one year. What would be the best and SAFEST way to do this? In one year, the $4000 would be spent at one time in one place. I am employed, so "save $3000 more" is an option, but not the only one. Ideas? Let's see them!

i was locked out of my apartment without notice for a whole night.my check was return for rent non paid, i was not given a notice,just locked out.i sit in my car all night till next morning,at 7 am i started calling the office because i needed to take my heart medication and get ready for work,but they would not let me in until around 10:30 am so i missed half days work.but i went to bank and got the money for the rent. they put the note on door so any one could see it. i was totally embarrassed by their treatment.i never been late on my rent and never had a check return on my rent since i moved here.

I got a house for my Daughter and her boyfriend in mine and his parents' name. They make the payment etc... But both I and his parents are at a point where we want out from under it. Is it possible to just add their name to mortgage and remove ours? I know I can deed them the ground, but the liability of the mort. would still be on us.

This might seem off the wall as marketeers say. A stairlift with an incorporated bath at the foot. Out of bed, naked, sit on the lift, down until it lowers you into the bath. You bathe. Press the button and back up to the bedroom where you dress and are ready for the day. I haven't had a chance to talk to an engineer about moving the bath into and out of position but I believe the principle could work. Any obvious snags?
