My wife is in the US Air Force and she's getting stationed at RAF Mildenhall. I don't have any work visas or anything, just a passport. What do I need, if anything, in order to be able to get a job there?

You need to do this. Just give John Prescott a sheriff's badge, a Colt 45 and a sombrero. He'll then see that you're ushered into a job in Downing Street. As a previous answer implied anyone from any part of the planet can get a job here.

Yes you need a UK VISA. Best thing to do is to visit the website. I have had a quick look and it looks quite user friendly
I found this when i was looking at a recruitment agency these places will be able to find you work but you need to have the visa first:
If you want to work in the UK and are not a British, EC or EEA national, we shall reject your application unless you have secured or are eligible for a UK visa

Not sure but I do think you will need some kind of visa. Try checking it out at the Brtiish Consulate they will be able to advise. best of luck

Well,you will need first a work contract and then a work visa.If you don't have this you can go and work illegal,but will be hard.
