Ideally: 1) they would be friendly and give excellent service. 2) they would NOT telemarket me. 3) they do not outsource their data processing outside the USA.

I live in the San Francisco area and primarily bank with Wells Fargo. The last time I had to go inside one of the banks, both the customer service and the security outside were far less than ideal.

i'm interested in investing outside the USA. in Euro or Preferably in third war country. I've already invested in a county in West African and i'm getting pretty good returns on their stock & Treasury bills.
I'm interested in investing elsewhere. Can you recommend what other country give you good returns on their Treasury bills, Mutual funds, stock and private investments.

Right now, I'm in between jobs. I'm aiming to secure work in the Big Apple. And there lies a solid program at a college which I'd like to enroll in. The classes would help me smooth out a career transition.

The problem is that most of the jobs I've held in NYC demanded overtime hours. I don't know how I would explain to a future supervisor that I'll need to leave early a couple of nights a week this fall, especially since the courses, in no way relate to my present career.

My boyfriend just got evicted from his apartment because they said they never got his rent from June. They told him he had 24 hours to get all of his stuff out of the apartment. Is this legal? I thought you get like 30 days not 24 hours? Help!

Prostitution is illegal and condemned but many women marry a rich man basically because he is rich, and do not have to work ever again in their life. Why is this not condemned and actually looked upon as an accomplishment.

My parents own a timeshare that they want out of. Should they go through something like timesharesbyowner.com, or can a local realtor (local to the resort) help them, or can the resort sell it for them? What is the best way?

It looks like the first $600,000+ is tax exempt from the federal government, so if you receive a couple of hundred thousand you wouldn't have to pay the feds. Is this right?
