Have your parents find out from your neighbors if they need any extra help around their homes or yards, taking trash out, yard work, etc.
But never go to your neighbors yourself without your parents first knowing. Your parents should know where you are at all times, it is a dangerous world.

try washing dogs for $10 a dog, as long as you're not scared of them. you could wash a dog in 30 minutes or less. that's 2 to 4 dogs an hour, which adds up to $20 to $40 an hour, which is more than most people make.

Technically you can still break the law without facing any punishment (until you are 12, at least here in Canada). So you might want to look into theft.
