dominoes pizza is owned by a very devout catholic, he wanted to make a christian-only town in FLA. Chick-fil-a gives sundays off to all employees so they can go to church.

I checked out ron_adco's answer of the
"Integrity-Income.com" site.... I have to agree....it seems like a great opportunity for Christian Entrpreneurs. So if you are a Christian and want to make a good income at home....this is something that looks like a great opportunity! I want to find out more!...That's all that I can say!
Also Hobby Lobby is a great company and the owner is a very good Christian. His family members also have a company....Mardel's Christian Bookstore. It has great stuff for schools too! I think that they are out of Tulsa, OK, but I don't think that they have franchise opportunities...if that is what you are looking for.

The answers mentioned by Wise Indian are great examples. Also Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays "to allow our employees time for family and worship." I shop there rather than their local competitor for that very reason! I wish more businesses could be that successful without giving in to America's obession with capitalism at all costs.
