Of course a quick call to the better business bureau, it's a scam.
Anyone have any info on this?

No one receives anything for nothing.
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Stick by the above 2 statements, and your hard earned $ will remain in YOUR pocket, vs in someone else's....... :)

I would have already called up the better business bureau but I get one of those at least twice a day, sometimes more often then others. It's no big deal just ignore it unless you are really tramautized by the experience and you think you're going to die from a silly letter, then you should do something about it.

Tried doing a search, but couldn't come up with anything online about "White Oak Lotteries" or "White Oak Lottery."
