This probably sounds weird but I cannot seem to say no to my husband and he spends everything he has and comes back for more and more money. Neither of us has to work any more but the majority of our money comes in spurts from real estate investments. As everyone knows, the market is pretty soft this year and we need to be much more careful. We can spend about 30K a month but, he always outspends it. Trying to get him to budget is useless. I am afraid I can't keep up with it and I finally realize that I can't say no to him no matter how hard I try. It is gong to ruin us. So I want to take the responsibility out of my hands and I just wish that I could. I know it sounds immature. I just need to protect myself from my own self and my lovable but overindulged husband. I am sure there are people who would gladly steal our money, I just need some good advise on whether there are options? Do accountants do this kind of thing?

I want to reach people who 1. want to establish their own companies and create a success with them, 2. are looking for success business ideas, and franchises (which they know will cost some money for them, ofcourse, so no "free riders") and 3. are already in business (especially online) and need to advertise.

So are there any REALLY good websites with high amounts of traffic within these categories each month (like 1 million, or more), or
REALLY good newsletters about these subjects which provide true meaningful content to their readers, have high amount of subscribers who truly read these newsletters, and which can be sponsored by advertisers, or
high-traffic entrepreneurial blogs , etc etc...
If anybody knows, AND has own experience that these resources (what ever they are) have provided lots of clients, could you tell me too?
I am looking for resources to build hig traffic and to get LOTS of contacts to people of the above mentioned interest areas

here's the thing... i've checked all 3 credit bureaus and i have good scores and bad scores, so is there a way i can lookup a credit card company by the credit bureau it uses to determine whether to give a card to someone or not? does that make sense? lol.

I have a 2 and a half year old son who requires intensive therapy. We have to keep him covered by 2 health insurances, or we would be spending even more on co-pays, as he goes to 5-10 therapy sessions a week. The cost of the health insurance is about 500 a month. We are trying to get money put into savings, but can't do that until we get this health insurance thing under control.

And I won't even try to leave the co-signer without repaying the loan, think what you guys wanna think....
and also, FYI, there are loans of company that disimburse the loans borrowed TO THE US COSIGNER, OK?

I think it is okay to allow them to have a debit card, as long as the money is added a little at a time, and as long as your child is responsible.

I've asked her for a copy of a promissory note I may have signed but she doesn't have anything other than a cancelled check. The check doesn't have anything in the memo that would suggest this is a loan. I've asked her what I borrowed it for and she can't remember (she's 88). I've wracked my brain and know I don't owe her anything. 2 years ago we retitled our houses, taking each off the title as we had a severe falling out, which we have never recovered from. She had a lawyer take care of the title paperwork at this time but never mentioned she felt I owed her money then so I'm at a loss as to why the sudden "debt". She is threatening to take me to court. Through the years she has given me a lot of money, I'm her only child, but now I am disinherited. Regardless of her reasons I wonder how I can prove to a judge that this check was a gift rather than a loan? It's been so long ago I honestly don't even remember what I did with this money.

A friend has a situation where her boss is totally aloof...she works tons of overtime and he doesn't notice nor does he show any type of gratitude. A couple of days ago, she sees her boss getting 'kudos' from the 'big boss' for "keeping the division working so well". This, even though he does hardly anything himself and pushes down a lot on his subordinates. Should she do anything to get herself noticed or get her boss to understand the impact of his actions?

I secured a loan. The account it was placed in required two signatures. The "second party" convinced the bank via telephone to transfer all of those funds into a second account (telephone transfer). Do I have any potential recourse with the bank (loan officer) who released the funds in such a manner? The "second party's name was NOT on the loan document.
