I'm breaking from the PAY PAL pack and re command you looking into private processing through your bank.
Why?
Pay pal is EXPENSIVE. through the bank you'll pay 1-3% fees, not Pay pals 3-8%.

The safest and probably easiest way to handle Internet transactions is through pay pal. It seems fairly secure too me and quite simple. I don't like using credit cards.

I recomend paypal.com. most ebay transactions involve that website and its very easy to use.
