I've never had to mail out any packages and i don't know much about how to ship things through usps?

There are priority mail boxes that usps has can i use those boxes to sent out things with parcel post? Am i making sense?

Parcel Post isn't the phrase we use anymore, the PC term is now "media mail." Go figure. And, no you're really not supposed to use Priority mail boxes/bags for other classes of mail, but you can use almost any other boxes you have on hand. Hey I've even delivered suitcases several times.
