I'm curious to know if anyone has experience in investing in the Dinar? Is it a good investment? Do you think the Dinar will increase in value after the war in Iraq? If so do you know of a reputable company to invest with?

I've been reading a lot about these as being a relatively stable way of backing up an investment portfolio. However, I have never once figured out how to actually buy these, and/or where to look.

If possible, please give me specific examples of where you buy them, or have seen them for sale ideally online. Please don't just say "broker" or "google it". I've already done that, and all I can find are glossy overviews by overpaid financial analysts.

I'm trying to rebuild my credit and received an offer from Aspen's Mastercard (issued by First Bank & Trust, Brookings, SD). They state it's unsecured. The initial credit limit is $300, but you need to send in a $20 payment before activation. After the annual fees are subtracted, I remember the paper saying that there is a $141 credit. There's also a monthly charge, if I remember correctly.

I threw out all of the paperwork (out of habit, I guess) but kept one page that doesn't have much information other than the web address (www.aspenyes.com) and my invitation code.

I know it's not a scam or anything, but I wonder if anyone has any opinions on this. Would this be better than shelling out $300 or $500 for a secured credit card? Are there other offers like this one out there, that people with under average income qualify for?

Thanks everyone! :D

Does anyone have any suggestions on career choices? I'm 24. I've working in Customer Service and Finance since I graduated from college, but really don't enjoy what I do every day. Something I enjoy is working with people and had thought about being a teacher, psychiatrist, and a bunch of other things. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My lease ends in 3 weeks, and I will need a place to stay for one month until I sign a one year lease at another place. Does anyone know of any reasonably priced hotels, motels, or apartment communities that will provide housing for one month?

The most reasonable rates I've found were at red roof inn for $50 a night which averages $1600 per month. That is too high because I'll have to pay for moving, security deposit, ect at another apartment when I eventually find one to rent for a year.

There has to be a clean low end hotels in the area, but I don't know how to find them. The yellow pages, internet, ect, only have the well known hotels listed such as hyatt, days inn, ect.

I'm also open to aparment buildings that will rent for one month.

Something near Schaumburg or Elk Grove IL, or surrounding suburbs would be great. Preferably under $600 for a month, or as reasonable as possible. Thanks
